Nicholas Morgan - August 2007

ADIOS

eat chocolate raspberry cocaine hits off a past mirror
blow out nothing cause that’s what’s inside
love is gone
non stop thoughts of a double barrel shotgun to head
calling 800 no connect rehab numbers late into another year
at 3 a.m.
it all break’s in one way or another & disappears
cant hack it much more, 2006 Volvo engine, hand me keys,
a spilled over life time in a hot Texas storage shed
full of musty roach filled boxes
& all the never seen paintings collect future dumpster mildew
stop & just give up or start again for road journeys will continue
either in the living or the dead & it’s all the same after a while
creeps rule the world
in plastic 3 piece suits with your paycheck at hand
you tube your cocks soul on a bombed out island
& keep ignoring the phone rings
cause it’s only another collection agency
nothing is pretty anymore, so don’t tell me otherwise…
